Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This agreement outlines the term and conditions for using CBG.ie Ltd.
CBG.ie Ltd retains the right to amend this agreement as necessary.
As a user of the site, you are responsible for checking these terms and conditions
regularly, and continued use of CBG.ie Ltd acknowledges acceptance and consent to
this agreement and you are bound to the terms within. If you should have any questions

CBG.ie Ltd wishes to acknowledge all data such as (but not limited to) photographs,
reviews, illustrations, images, and pricing information is owned by CBG.ie Ltd and
is protected by copyright.
You hereby acknowledge that all trade names, service marks, trademarks, drawings,
design rights, design code, programs, software, software architecture, database
rights, applications for any trade or business names, and any other "intellectual
property" contained within CBG.ie Ltd are solely owned by the afore mentioned website
and all rights are reserved. Any attempt
to publish, transmit, reproduce, sell (or participate in the selling of), or exploit
the intellectual property contained within CBG.ie Ltd is unlawful.
Any other names, logos, trademarks, designs contained within the site belong
to their respective owners.
Customer/ Advertiser Relationships
CBG.ie Ltd is in no way responsible for any dealings or correspondence between the
user and advertisers sourced through the website CBG.ie Ltd . You agree that CBG.ie
Ltd is in no way responsible for any damage or loss suffered as a result of any
correspondence with advertisers on CBG.ie Ltd.
Website Modifications
CBG.ie Ltd retains the right to discontinue, amend or modify the website at any
time, permanently or temporarily, with or without notice.
You hereby agree that CBG.ie Ltd hold no liability to you or any third party,
for any modification, amendment, discontinuance or suspension or of the CBG.ie Ltd.

NOTE: This agreement comprehensively outlines the agreement between you and CBG.ie
Ltd and supersedes any previous agreements between you and CBG.ie Ltd.
If on such event that one or more terms of this binding agreement shall be
held up as illegal, unenforceable, or invalid.
The validity, legality and enforceability of all remaining terms and conditions
held within this agreement stand.
This agreement is in accordance with Irish Law (Republic of Ireland) In any event you herby acknowledge and accept that
any matters relating fall under the jurisdiction and sole jurisdiction of the Irish
Courts
Only one vehicle may be featured in each advertisement.
CBG.ie Ltd reserves the rights to amend, modify, or discontinue advertisements should
they fail to adhere to the terms outlined.
Advertisements should be honest, decent, and legal.
By no means should your advertisement bring CBG.ie Ltd into an issue of dispute. CBG.ie Ltd insists customers use honest
visual representations of their vehicle.
You are responsible for the authenticity of such images and the information within
your ad. The customer is also responsible
for any financial loss or cost incurred by CBG.ie Ltd as a result such outlined
untruthfulness. The copyright for all advert content, including but not limited
to, text and pictures shall be owned by CBG.ie Ltd and by advertising on the web
site you hereby assign all such copyright to CBG.ie Ltd.
Payment for advertisements booked online must be made via the secure online booking
template. MasterCard, Visa and Laser
are the only acceptable methods.
Upon finalization of the booking you will receive a confirmation email with transaction
documentation and booking details.
Once an ad appears online the "offer and acceptance" transaction is complete and
a refund at this time is no longer possible.
You may edit your ad freely and a link within your confirmation email will allow
you to do so. Please note that you
may edit your ad but only 1 vehicle per advertisement is permitted so amending the
make and model is not possible. To
remove your advertisement, please email info@cbg.ie
with your booking reference number and we will remove your ad promptly.
CBG.ie Ltd offers library photo service when requested to do so by customers. Whilst every effort is made to make
an exact vehicle photo match, there may be occasions when the exact matching is
not possible. Bearing this in mind,
photos on the web site are not meant to take the place of vehicle viewing and inspection
and as such buyer should beware.
Liability
CBG.ie
Ltd may sometimes need to service or maintain its equipment. Any disruption of service
will be kept to an absolute minimum.
However, CBG.ie Ltd does not guarantee the continuous
availability of the advertisement online.
Should such a case present itself where a customer's
ad fails to appear they will be entitled to a refund not exceeding the original
advert price.
However CBG.ie Ltd shall not issue a refund, should the
advertisement fail to appear due to circumstances beyond CBG.ie Ltd's control.
For example cancellation, omission by means of violating the terms and conditions,
or an error made on behalf of the customer during the booking process.
All details supplied to CBG.ie Ltd are subject to the Data Protection Act.
Loans offered on this site
All loans are subject to normal lending criteria. Terms and Conditions apply. A credit search will be carried out on all applicants. A sliding scale of APR rates 7.99% to 15.50% apply depending on individual applicant status and the amount borrowed. Car Buyers Guide is an approved credit intermediary of GE Money.
